Applying a Human Relation in Creating an Effective Culture of Organization (a Case Study Research of CV.


Actually, a partnership around the world work can emerge the social envy.
One of ways to prevent the extreme social envy is by applying the human relation
in one organization. In such way, the leader can understand well anything the
causes of social envy around and automatically he or she can prevent and
minimize the existent of those social envy. Therefore, the writer is interested to do
the research and try to answer the following problems: 1) How is the effective
culture of organization? 2) How are the problems in creating the culture of
organization? 3) What are the support and inhibitor factors in creating the culture
of organization? 4) How does apply the human relation in creating an effective
culture of organization?
The method of this research is descriptive qualitative by the instrument of
research consist of; the leader (A), Administration sector (B), ordering sector (C),
and warehousing sector (D). While in collecting data, the writer uses interview
and observation.
The applying of human relation in CV. Aneka Usaha found the inhibitor
factors such as: 1) the employee are not discipline and not professional in work, so
we often found the employee come late or get them in current and certain time of
work, and the worst there are some goods lost in a lot of number, 2) there is no
structured and addressed consolidation related to the CV or firm’s system that
should applied, 3) lack of available human resources to do the main job such as
information technology caused there are the official can not operates the internet,
4) The CV has a little available infrastructure, 5) the exaggerate job that caused
the employee are reluctant to do the job well, 6) there is no clear or transparent job
description, 7) there is no clear or transparent system to pay the salary, 8) the
employee look like demand their rights only without doing their responsibility at
all. And found the supporting factors such as: 1) the employees make the relation
and communicate very well each other; it can be from top-down or down-top or
among the employees, 2) the employees stay not so far from the CV, so they can
make the communication and consolidation easier, 3) the public service access
and the city are available and easier to reach, 4) the employees have no attention
to the leader which has not appropriate job.
